![]() A combo of Sap/Upper is honestly OP throughout most of the game. That fight is not that difficult, depending on your tactics. The first boss is meant to give you a taste of the difficulty I was going for. I always seem to overlevel my team in DQ games that I play, so I wanted to make something very tough. I found the original games don't really matter who you are fighting from region to region.
